Ferroboron

Boron iron alloy is widely used in metallurgy, casting, thermal spraying (welding) powder and other industries, and is also an essential raw material for the production of emerging neodymium iron boron, amorphous or microcrystalline materials. Boron iron, as an additive of boron element, can significantly improve the hardenability of steel and improve its mechanical properties; Adding boron iron to high-quality alloy steel can partially replace alloying elements such as chromium, molybdenum, and nickel without reducing performance. Adding boron iron to cast iron can improve its wear resistance. Especially with the rapid development of the IT and electronics industries, the demand for boron iron in the rare earth permanent magnet material industry, represented by neodymium iron boron, is also increasing significantly.
